Individual Therapy
These are 50-minute sessions. I provide a calm and welcoming environment where children, teenagers, and young adults feel empowered to confront life’s challenges with guidance and support.
Group Therapy
These therapeutic sessions typically last 60 minutes. Engaging in a group setting not only alleviates feelings of isolation and alienation but also fosters a collective spirit of solidarity, emphasizing that everyone is navigating similar challenges. I believe group therapy offers a platform where individuals can comfortably provide and receive mutual support, creating a nurturing environment conducive to personal growth and healing.
Developmental Disability Consultation
These consultation appointments can range from 30 - 60 minutes, depending on the required level of support. As a parent of a son with Autism, I am committed to offering indispensable assistance, invaluable insights, and unwavering advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. My services encompass explaining the requirements and eligibility for the Virginia Medicaid Waiver, as well as aiding individuals and families with obtaining the proper documentation in acquiring the necessary documentation. Furthermore, I am equipped to navigate the intricate systems surrounding developmental disabilities and facilitate parent support groups.
