Cognitive Behavioral Therapy For ADHD Disorder

Attention Deficits Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder known for influencing people's behavior and cognitive functions. Those with ADHD often display restless tendencies, struggle with maintaining focus, and exhibit impulsive behaviors. Signs of ADHD typically manifest early on in life, with increased visibility when children undergo significant transitions like starting school. Diagnosis often occurs before the age of 12, though it can also be identified later in childhood and adulthood.

These symptoms can significantly impact a child's daily life, leading to underachievement in school, difficulties in socializing with peers and adults, as well as challenges with maintaining discipline and following rules. With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psycho-education, I’ll teach you how to change the way you think and behave.

I am also an ADHD - Certified Clinical Services Provider.
